The Raw Food Diet - Day 1
Today was my first day on the raw food diet and it was freaking awesome. I feel amazing and can't wait to see where my raw food diet journey takes me.
Me on day 1 right b4 my 1st 5K training session
Sleep: last night I only got 7 hours of sleep << working on that
Breakfast: 6 mangoes 1209 calories
Exercise in the SUN: 5K training
After Workout: half a watermelon 677 calories
Dinner: 5 nectarines and 2 mangoes 715 calories
After Dinner Snack: a grapefruit 103 calories
Water: just under 3 liters
Calories: Around 2700 (YAY!!)
Today was the first time I ran for a purpose(besides being chased lol) and it was LOTS of fun. Can't wait til Wednesday to do it all over again. I wasn't really tired and felt that I could repeat the session but I told myself not to over do it. I didn't get any greens in today but I'll be sure to tomorrow. All in all today was a great day! I'm off to watch a little t.v then to sleep I go.
Fitness is something I always wanted but was never really motivated or had the energy to work on. With this raw food diet fitness is
part of the lifestyle and a very reachable goal. Its a lot easier to increase your fitness on this lifestyle then any other lifestyle I've
tried. I can't wait til I'm able to comfortably run a 10K, wake up the next morning and do
it again if I choose to.
